We ship within Canada and the USA. All items are shipped with Canada Post. Orders are shipped within 1 week of being placed. Shipping is calculated at checkout. If you choose local pick up, you can pick up your order in North Bay, ON. We do offer local delivery for qualifying addresses for $8.
